        Basic Structure:

        The Production Manager will be working mainly in the field ensuring quality control and clear communication with the crews. The purpose of this position is to manage and ensure the proper development of our systems and process in the replacement of commercial and residential roofs and ensure company standards, proper installation procedures of roofs and quality control is met.

        A typical day may involve:

        • Work Orders
        • Finding a crew
        • Brief crew prior to starting
        • Inventory of company materials
        • Ensuring project safety
        • Ensure proper attire of crews
        • Checking weather during construction
        • Assign production goals for projects
        • Daily progress reports
        • Upload expenses and receipts
        • Communicate project status to office and/or upper management
        • Among other miscellaneous tasks
